I need help with Caja de Canarias online banking access in Tenerife.

I have a little slip from the bank with my username (usuario) & pin. The pin is 8 digits long but whenever I try to log on with this on the website, it says password incorrect length

Tried using my 4 digit card pin on the site but it's defo not that one, any ideas anyone?

    Re: CajaCanarias online banking

I think the 8 digit pin is used when you make transfers and pay bills online. It asks for 4 of those 8 numbers at random every time in order to confirm a transaction. You should have another slip somewhere with a 4 digit code which you can use to log on. if you cant find it, go in to the branch and they will give you another one.

That's correct. You have your 4 digit pin and then an 8 digit 'signature' for when you make transactions.

You can change your username and all pins to something more memorable once you login.

On the same slip I have a 4 digit pin called 'CAJA-TEL' which I assumed was for the telephone banking system, I've tried that one too so looks like I'm heading back to the bank.
